TERMS & CONDITIONS - ALLERGY FIRST

1. Quoted Fees & Estimates

All fees provided in initial consultations, appointments, and written quotes reflect current pricing at the time of issuance. Fees are subject to adjustment due to changes in operational costs, legislation, or service modifications.

2. Price Increase Notification

Allergy First reserves the right to update our fees, including immunotherapy, consultation charges, testing, or other services. Any fee increase will be communicated in writing (via email or SMS) prior to taking effect.

3. Introduction of Delivery or Handling Fees

Allergy First may introduce applicable delivery or handling fees at any time with prior notice. 

4. Application to Existing Bookings

Unless explicitly stated in your original quote, any price adjustments or new fees will not apply retroactively to appointments already confirmed before the changes were announced. You will pay the fees outlined at the time of confirmation.

5. Acceptance of Updated Fees

By continuing to book services with Allergy First after a fee change has been communicated, you explicitly agree to the revised pricing. If you do not accept the new fees, you may cancel or reschedule upcoming bookings without penalty, provided the 48‑hour cancellation policy is still observed.

6. General Terms

  • All fees are in AUD.
  • Insurance rebates (e.g., Medicare) apply where eligible, and you are responsible for any remaining out-of-pocket costs.
  • Allergy First maintains a 48‑hour cancellation policy with a $100 fee for no-shows or late cancellations .
  • These terms apply in addition to our existing Privacy Policy and Booking/Cancellation Policy.
